Here's my latest progress on Christmas Garden. She's coming along so nicely if I do say so. After I finished the strawberry border, I went ahead and stitched the alphabet at the bottom and now I'm back to just stitching away at the various motifs.
I've started to think a little about frames for this piece and what I might want. That means I'm also thinking about where I might hang it. Since I didn't stitch the words Christmas Garden and instead used Katrina's idea of putting an alphabet in it's place it can hang year round. But, that means I have to decide where it will go. I seem to have a growing collection of samplers with red in them so I'm thinking that I may create a samppler wall with all red samplers.
Thanks for stopping by and may you have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Beautiful progress! And yay for a red sampler wall!

I love your progress on Christmas Garden! It's on my list to maybe stitch in 2013 if I can fit it in. Hope you are having a joyous holiday!
